We Cook, Share Knowledge and Develop Friendships
Message from WWRC founder Sue Zelickson
Women Who Really Cook is a networking organization for women in the food business in the Twin Cities area and greater Minnesota.
Monthly meetings are held in various locations where members work to share successes, ideas, dreams, desires, products and possibilities in the food world.
Our mission is to meet others with similar interests, concerns, and joys... to take time to laugh, smile, taste, and relish each others' specialties, while sharing our wants and needs with each other.
We dish up a bit of chit chat while making meaningful, supportive, and long-lasting friendships!
January 25 Member Meeting at The Wedge Table
Happy New Year! After a busy holiday season and no member meeting in December, more than 35 WWRC members and guests gathered on January 25 at the sleek and beautiful Wedge Table on Eat Street in Minneapolis. Hosts Missy Smith, Operations Manager and Casey Colodney, Catering Manager, along with their team members Leah and Brianna, Commissary and Events managers provided a beautiful meeting space in their Community Room, along with delicious fresh fruit and cheeses and scrumptions items from the Wedge Bakeshop. After the meeting, Leah took members on a tour of the Commissary and the backroom operations at the Wedge.
